We distinguish three types of user data:

• Personal Data
• Service Data
• Project Data

As Personal Data we consider all data needed for a correct registration in our service and it contains all relevant data for a correct billing service. This data is protected by the Organic Law for Protección of Personal Data or Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de 13 de diciembre de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal ("LOPD"). This data is stored under controlled conditions to guarantee the proper functioning of the workflow between User and RenderFlow and which covers all internal requirements such as bookkeeping, ocupational estatistics, etc. The user can access, modify or delete them in any moment. Our register with the Spanish Data Protection Agency guarantees for that.

As Service Data we consider all information neccesary for the correct exchange of project data between the user and RenderFlow. It consists of data about the user´s operating system, 3d software in use and its version, etc... All this data forms part of the NDA which any employee of WorkFlow System S.L. has signed and which guarantees strict confidentiality under the threat of legal persecution. This data cannot be deleted as it forms part of the internal working process and it might be used for internal analytics for improvement of services.

As Project Data we consider scenes, textures, ilumination data etc... This kind of data lies also under the same strict NDA which any employee of WorkFlow System S.L. has to sign. In case that you are interested we can send you this NDA. The projects will all automatically be deleted fifteen (15) days after finishing your project. From deleting the account till then they can be downloaded offline upon notification from the former registrated user. In ocasions we accept also an external NDA. In that case contact us.
