The project starts upload process correctly but uploader remains at 0 %

This situation is caused by two possible problems:

  • You lost your internet connection. This is easy to verify. Try to enter any other webpage in your brower.
  • You use a firewall/antivirus which blocks the RenderFlow uploader. Try to desactivate the firewall/antivirus for an instant and try to upload your files again to confirm the origin of the problem. Some firewalls/antivirus block the uploader even when they are desactivated. By now we identified these applications:
    • Trend Micro Internet Security
    • Comodo Personal Firewall
    • Avast

Try to uninstall them to confirm the origin of the problem.

Java console error message at installing plugin for 3ds max

During the installing process of the plugin for 3d Studio Max in the corresponding folder, the java console shows an error similar to the following:

This occurs because the Windows user does not have writing permission in the 3d Studio Max folder. To solve the problem:

  1. Right-click the desktop icon of the control console.
  2. Choose "Run as Administrator"
  3. Use the Setting button to link 3ds max

Uploaded Renderjob remains in "waiting" and changes to "incidence"

This is caused by the scene check which our software realizes before starting the render job and is generally related with the following issues:

  • The scene is configurated using not supported plugins
  • The uploaded max file contains exotic characters
  • The scene is not properly configurated

Loss of assets

In the final render there are assets missing. This is basically caused by:

  • The use of exotic characters in these assets

After registration you do not receive a confirmation email

The principal reasons for that are:

  • The confirmation mail is considered spam from your spam filter
  • The email adress used for registration is incorrect

In any case if you are not able to solve the problem contact us.
